1. General
These terms set out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller – [full name / company name, code] – when purchasing from the elertazaisliukai.lt online shop.
2. Orders and contract
The contract is concluded once the buyer places and pays for an order and receives an email confirmation.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros [incl. VAT / VAT not applicable]. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via [payment provider].
4. Delivery
Items are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment via Omniva, LP Express or DPD. Delivery is free on orders over €50. Orders can also be collected free of charge in Priekulė by prior arrangement.
5. Gift wrapping
For an additional €3.00, the order is gift-wrapped.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason by notifying us at info@elertazaisliukai.lt. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are made within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
7. Quality and safety
All products meet EU toy safety requirements (CE marking). Please follow the manufacturer’s recommended age.
8. Disputes
Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
